What a joy! After 5 years of development, the Regeneration Credit is live.
I hope the project can help many people and contribute to increasing life on this planet. Ecosystem regeneration is the smartest way to combat climate change and the scarcity of natural resources. Unfortunately, there are very few incentives for those who provide this essential service for the maintenance of life here.
The goal of the Regeneration Credit is to be a new source of income for ecosystem regeneration, but in a completely different way: with no one in control, no one deciding for the majority, and no one controlling the rules.
The system is a sophisticated set of 22 interconnected smart contracts that govern the rules, which are the same for everyone.
Individuals and companies will be able to use it for environmental compensation.
I'm very happy right now. It's an inexplicable feeling to finally be able to bring to life the project I've dedicated so much to over the past few years.
I hope people understand and want to be a part of it.
Today I take the first of many steps on this new journey.
